7810 Series BLDC Motor
With Moken’s BLDC motors and controllers, by adopting the 3-phase frequency conversion DC brushless solution, the following advantages can be achieved:
1. Durable and motor never burns out: the product solution adopts three-phase frequency conversion DC brushless technology and high-tech bearing system. The motor has low temperature rise and can run continuously for more than 30000 hours, never burning the machine.
2. High efficiency: the efficiency of the motor is maintained at more than 50%, which is 50% less than that of traditional similar motors.
3. Intelligence: the product solution realizes multi gear and forward and reverse speed control through different control and calculation methods such as PWM or FOC, and obtains linear change speed curves. It can realize a variety of air supply modes, adjustable air volume, 24-hour scheduled start-up, timed shutdown and other functions. The development and application of intelligent power-off protection and other intelligent control cannot be realized by traditional fans.
4. Low noise: the motor operates in balance and the air supply is stable, which can achieve low decibel noise (about 35db-a).
5. Adapt to wide range voltage: the product solution adopts micro processing integrated control mode, which can adapt to wide range voltage of 90 ~ 265 VAC.
6. Multiple protection functions: the product solution has soft start protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, over temperature protection, overload protection, locking protection and other functions.
7. Soft start technology: the product solution can reduce the starting current of the motor, reduce the damage to the drive control circuit, and thus extend the life of the drive control.
